We want you and your loved ones to live safely at home. Our Licensed Nurses can provide an in-depth safety assessment including a home safety evaluation, an individualized patient assessment, and education on how to reduce the risk of falling. We can also recommend safety equipment/supplies to make life easier, as well as make referrals to community services.
