Our Licensed Nurses coordinate the care of individuals who, because of age, illness or disability face substantial challenges in living independently. We can develop a plan for the patient’s needs, then mobilize our resources to enhance health, safety and quality of life, while coordinating those resources through ongoing monitoring.
