Community Health Services: Adult Screening and Prevention Program

Through this low cost health screening and education program for adults, we can provide routine lab tests, bone density screening, and overall health assessments with an individualized health plan developed with you by a nurse. Arrangements can be made to bring this health screening event to any location.
